• All respondents must ensure that all information and documentation is submitted before the closing date and time.
• Any documents received after the stipulated closing date will not be considered.
• It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure that all documentation reaches either Kathu Solar Park (KSP) or Kathu Operations (KOPS) (hereafter referred to as the “Project Entities”) before the closing date and time. The respondent shall ensure that the documentation is clearly marked for the Project Entity it is intended to, including stating the subject matter.
• The Project Entities reserve their rights, in their sole discretion, to reject any or all proposals, and the lowest proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The Project Entities further reserves the right to award to a respondent submitting a proposal which is not necessarily the lowest. Without restricting the generality of the statement above, the Project Entities shall not be required to award or accept any proposal and may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, choose to cancel the advertisement. Thereafter, the Project Entities may take such steps as it deems fit, in its sole discretion, and may, without limitation and without liability for so doing, issue one or more revised request for proposal advertisements for the work, negotiate with any respondent, or take no further steps. the Project Entities reserves the right to delete any portion or part of the work outlined and the respondent agrees to such cancellation without any claim whatsoever because of such cancellation.
• The Project Entities reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all vacancy applications. The Project Entities further reserves the right to withdraw any vacancy advertised on any of its social media platforms. Without restricting the generality of the statement above, the Project Entities shall not be required to make an appointment and may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, choose to cancel the advertisement. Thereafter, the Project Entities may take such steps as it deems fit, in its sole discretion, and may, without limitation and without liability for so doing, issue one or more revised vacancy advertisements.
